A compassionate business is a successful business
Whether you’re a small, medium-sized or global business, you’ll know that underperforming staff can make the difference between success and failure. Big or small, if you’re an employer, you’ve got a legal duty to consider the welfare of your staff.
When people suffer an emotional trauma, such as bereavement or the breakdown of a relationship, the effects can have a disastrous impact on their work. And the negative ripples can reach as far as other staff, your customers, suppliers and partners.
Whether or not you provide access to an occupational health service, you’ll find that Angels212 can help your staff deal with their loss in a caring, supportive way, at their own pace and in their own time.
And crucially, there are no waiting lists.
How does it work?
Prospective members must first complete our heartache questionnaire which helps them to decide if our service is right for them. If the responses indicate that their level of distress needs immediate attention, we’ll advise them to contact their doctor or therapist right away.
Once they’ve paid their fee and completed their profile, we’ll assign a counsellor and a small therapy group. They’ll be introduced to the journal facility and will be invited to respond to therapy questions every two weeks, as well as take part in group discussions. Counsellors will monitor their progress and offer personalised advice and encouragement to complete tasks.
Angels212 is available 24 hours a day, every day.
Members pay £60 per month or if they want a discount they can acquire 6 months membership for £300 (A saving of £60-00). Our service is VAT exempt in the UK and Sales Tax exempt in the USA.) We are also happy to receive payment direct from a member’s employer. Just call us and we will raise an invoice.
